We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Please specify a deliverable address as no PO boxes will be accepted.

Where no signature is required on deliveries, you are authorizing the carrier to leave your package at the shipping address provided and are aware that neither MedicAllNatural nor the carrier is responsible for any packages after they are delivered.

MedicAllNatural is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. MedicAllNatural will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. MedicAllNatural will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs offices. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. MedicAllNatural will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs offices. MedicAllNatural will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your countrys import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Please note: We recommend that you choose a shipping method which can be tracked. For non-tracked methods of shipping, MedicAllNatural will not be responsible for lost shipments.

Please note that customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of herbal and/or homeopathic products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your countrys policies. Because of increased vigilance in Germany, we no longer ship to Germany.

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. A signature may be required for your deliveries.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

All opened and unopened product containers, plus your name and invoice or order number must be forwarded to our supplier to receive your refund (we will advise this information in our return email to you). All refunds will be credited using your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days after receipt of your return.
